Prices (for 3-night stays or longer) are per person and night with half board, incl. VAT and all taxes.
Check-in/Check-out:
Rooms are available for occupancy on your arrival day after about 11:30 a.m.
On departure day, we ask that you vacate your room by 10:00 a.m.Arrival and departure are possible on any day of the week except Tuesdays.
Underground Parking:
When you place your booking, you can also go ahead and reserve your secure parking space in our spacious underground garage! Daily charge for underground parking: Euro 5.00
Dogs:
If you bring your dog, we charge euro 20 to cover final cleaning. Please bring your own dog basket or blanket.
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted in any of our rooms. We ask for your co-operation! The next guest to occupy the room is certain to be very grateful!
Cancellation:
It sounds unpleasant, which it is – both for you and for us. It is a real shame when rooms remain vacant, especially when others would gladly have come. But on the other hand, unexpected things do crop up. Our request to you: let us know well in advance. Please be aware that, in the event of cancellations less than 3 weeks prior to scheduled arrival, we will be obliged to bill you for 3 nights. If you are unable to stick to your original booking dates (due to delayed arrival or premature departure), you will be billed for the entire time period specified in your original reservation.
Please note: if you depart early, you will be charged for all days up to the departure date stipulated in your reservation, even if you happened to arrive earlier than scheduled.
Holiday Cancellation Insurance:
Your holiday is valuable! Which is why we recommend taking out holiday cancellation insurance. That way, if worst comes to worst, you will be reimbursed for any cancellation charges that you might incur. (contact us directly for further information)
